The Big Rethink | Barcelona

Through its “The Big Rethink” campaign, Oral-B has been setting new standards for inclusive oral health for the past four years, placing the needs of people with disabilities at the center of its efforts. During the event, the “Steady” project was presented—one of Europe’s largest real-world studies examining the oral care experiences of people with disabilities, their caregivers, and dentists. The pilot project provides important insights for the future of the industry and underscores Oral-B’s commitment to being a global pioneer in oral health for all.

Together with the client, we organized an exclusive media launch event in Barcelona for international journalists, influencers, and dental opinion leaders (DOLs). The highlight was the unveiling of the study results during a high-end VIP dinner, which provided guests with an opportunity for discussion, inspiration, and personal interactions.

The evening program was supplemented and expanded upon the following day with several workshops, during which participants were able to delve deeper into the project’s history of design and innovation. In addition, Oral-B’s long-term ambitions were presented and discussed, with the goal of opening up new perspectives on an inclusive future for oral health.

Our agency’s services included conceptual and creative support for the event, as well as technical planning and on-site implementation. In addition, we were responsible for set construction, the design and outfitting of the event spaces, the selection and integration of furnishings, and the planning and coordination of catering. The result was a holistic event experience that brought the message of “The Big Rethink” to life and effectively showcased Oral-B’s positioning as an innovation leader in the field of inclusive oral health.
