50 years of Deutsche Vermögensberatung | Frankfurt

Seven days to set up. Three days of dismantling. And in between: an emotional, energetic stage program with over 500 artists, a closing concert by Robbie Williams with a rousing live performance, followed by an electrifying DJ set by Robin Schulz. This was the 50th anniversary of Deutsche Vermögensberatung.

On behalf of Derse Germany, we took over the project management of various sub-areas for the anniversary event of Deutsche Vermögensberatung at Deutsche Bank Park Frankfurt - and made the 50th anniversary of DVAG an unforgettable experience for more than 40,000 guests.

As the lead for the entire outdoor area, branding and entertainment, we were responsible for the organizational management and provided support as an extended team in all areas. From internal logistics and crew coordination to the fine-tuning of all program sequences - our team ensured that everything ran seamlessly on and off the stage and that nobody got bored outside the stadium either. A separate experience area was created on the forecourts of Deutsche Bank Park - with generous catering, relaxation zones and space for discussions. A colorful supporting program of walking acts, photo moments and hands-on activities created a real festival feeling.
