Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the successful operational implementation of various live, digital, or hybrid brand experience projects for a wide range of customers.

• You and your team members bring all operational threads together in a structured manner. Together, you manage all external partners from the initial inquiry to invoicing.

• You are an empathetic team player who recognizes what the team needs to successfully implement projects. Your expertise and structured approach motivate your team.

• You will work as part of a team to design events and other exciting brand activations, both large and small, and implement them successfully.

• You love understanding brands and contributing to their development through your projects. You enjoy combining strategic thinking with creativity.

• You are our face to the customer and actively and engagingly advise them in all areas of your joint projects.

• You oversee the individual project requirements, milestones, and goals, ensure smooth communication, and keep track of all timings at all times.

• You will draft presentations, quotations, and cost calculations, manage budget planning for ongoing projects, and prepare final reports and evaluations.

• You create pitch documents and presentations of the concepts developed for clients and convince our clients in live presentations.

Your profile

• You already have professional experience as a project manager in an agency for brand experience, events, live communication, or related industries, and you have experience in planning, implementing, and billing medium-sized and large projects as an overall project manager.

• You have a good network in the industry and are familiar with the most important requirements of the individual sub-areas (technology, trade fair construction, catering, participant management, media production).

• You have experience in leading and managing teams of several people.

• You have a structured and precise approach to work, strategic thinking skills, and analytical abilities.

• You are authentic, communicative, positive, and have a confident manner as well as a high degree of independence and initiative.

• You are outgoing and professional, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and are always solution- and customer-oriented.

• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, and you are confident in using MS Office programs.
